Uploading Guidelines

1. To upload an image you must send me an email with the image(s) in an attached file, in JPG, PNG or GIF format, at or smaller than 1000 x 1000 pixels. Or you can send me a link to the pic if already on the internet. Still GIF, PNG or JPG though! (you must sign up first of all!) Do not put the image in the body of the email (i.e Insert/Picture in Outlook) but rather as an attached file (i.e Insert/File). If not, it will always be untitled and a BMP file, no matter how you intended to send it. In the email subject box you MUST type "2neighis2B" (or TNITB) or I will NOT open it. I've gotta be strict about this for safety's sake.
You must provide a comment with each image, of up to 350 characters. You may send up to 8 images at a time. ABOVE ALL, send me YOUR NAME in the email. If you do not, I will not know who in the world you are, and will have to search in an extensive file to find who registered under that email address. This is time consuming and a nuisance. PLEASE send your name.
2. If an image is too large, I will resize it. We can't go and have it take up too much space or take to long to load.
3. When I update, I will send you an email to inform you that your pictures have been uploaded. If any are rejected, I will say why I made that decision. It must be within the boundaries stated below. if you don't want me to send you the email about your art, please specify.
4. A transparent GIF layered over the top of your image is provided to help prevent theft, but ONLY if you ask for it, because it does take up extra space. (Ask me for this seperately.)

Image Guidelines

1. ALL images must be G rated! I want to keep this site as clean as possible.
2. Some exceptions are made, such as pics of stallions fighting or a predatory animal catching its prey, or whatever.
3. All art MUST be equine related. This does include donkeys, zebras, mules, anything equine. I do allow other Off-Topic chars in the picture (like people, lions, etc), if there's an equine with them.
4. No offensive content please. This includes swearing.
5. Some art sites don't allow unfinished art. I do, to an extent. If you draw a horse's eyeball and expect me to upload it, you may be dissapointed. Sketches are fine, though, as well as studies of other horse parts like faces, legs, etc. But not just an eye or hoof by itself. Why take up space?
6. Art can be, in a nutshell: Of equine characters related to horse movies and books, like Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, The Black Stallion, Black Beauty, Hidalgo, Seabiscuit, etc. Even the horse from the Lord of the Rings are allowed.
Characters from Spirit (etc.) fan fiction, roleplay, or just plain ol' drawing characters are allowed.
7. Fantasy creatures such as unicorns, centaurs (modestly dressed, specifically females), and winged horses are allowed.

General site rules

1. No swearing, please, in comments, images, the guestbook, message board, or anywhere.
2. To submit a challenge/poll/contest idea to me, you must email me the idea and remember to put 2neighis2B (or TNITB) in the subject box. Your idea may or may not be used. My call.
3. If you have ANY questions or comments for me, you can either put them in the guestbook, or send me an email (with 2neighis2B or TNITB in the subject box).
4. When it comes to your personal page, you can update your info at any time by sending my your comment, new email address, or whatever in an email with 2neighis2B in the subject box. You can also email me concerning deleting pictures you don't want here anymore, or whatever. Please do not update your artist comment TOO often. Remember, this is not TLKFAA!
5. You can have a list of your drawing (etc.) characters on your page. Please email me (with 2neighis2B or TNITB as the subject!) their info, and I will put in on your page.

Copyright information

1. All art and characters on this site are copyrighted © to each respective artist, and stealing them IS against copyright law, as stated on the bottom of every page.
2. All web design and content (with the exception of comments and images belonging to the artists) here on this site is copyright © Me.
3. Spirit and characters, as well as images from the movie used on this site are copyright © Dreamworks. I do not claim to own them! This goes for all movie pics: Hidalgo, Seabiscuit, etc.

Message Board Rules

1. The message board is a normal message board in every way EXCEPT the comments board. It is used as a means of commenting on other artists' work like on TLKFAA, DA, SA, Side7, etc. Each artist's name is a sub-board, and to comment, you just reply to the last post on that thread. But it is NOT a conversation. You're not actually replying to the last post, you're posting a comment for the artist you're commenting on to read. You can comment multiple times, but don't make it a conversation. Use it like any commenting feature.
2. There will be NO swearing or offensive content in this board!!! It is run by me, a Christian, and I will NOT tolerate offensive content. The board is a privelege. Treat it well. Anyone who breaks the rules will get little warning before getting banned.
3. Anyone who is a member of the message board may comment on the commenting section, whether or not you're a member here at TNITB. If you would like to be added to the page so people can comment on your work, email me and let me know. You must be a member of TNITB, however!

Finally, when you fill out the form on the Join page to sign up, one question asks: "did you read the rules?" You MUST answer "horsefeathers! Of course!" that way I know you really did read them. Any other answer will not be accepted.
