To Join TNITB, you must do the following:
First, read the Rules. This is required. Not only are they the rules, they also tell you how to upload art, and other site guidelines.
Second, you must fill out this form: Click here to access form. It will redirect you back to this page when you've hit "submit" so don't worry, you've signed up, even though it doesn't say so. After you've filled it out, you just wait until I email you to let you know that you've been accepted. Then you can start sending me art according to the uploading guidelines on the Rules page.
