July/August, 2006: Blaze Winddancer
Blaze has been with us for half a year now and has shown a lot of community spirit. She's a frequent uploader, many of those pics being art for others, as well as tutorials to help those of us without her skills. ^^ She's also commonly found on the TNITB message boards and with art entered into the latest contests. I'm very grateful for the cheerful and orderly way she submits art and follows all the rules. Thanks, Blaze, and congrats!

What is the admin's choice award? This award is given every two months by the admin herself (Bruyère), to the artist displaying all the qualifications of an awesome artist and member of the community. This award is not based on art quality but on character. Bru will choose one artist every two months who, by the admin's judgement, deserves the award. The artist will be announced on this page with a little info about them and why Bru has chosen him/her. This artist will receive an award to display on his/her gallery page and will receive such honors as choosing the next contest topic (whether from Bru's list of waiting topics or his/her own idea) and will get to be one of the contest judges. This person will also get to come up with a new poll for the polls page and, well, anything else I can come up with. ^^ The following is a list of qualifications for the award:
1. Artist follows all the rules for the main site and the message board.
2. Artist always or almost always upload art in the correct formats, gives clear information to the admin about who he/she is, his/her comments for his/her art, uploads images with reasonably short and easy to type file names, and uploads images less than 1000 by 1000 pixels in size.
3. Artist is involved in the community, friendly, does not swear, and keeps his/her art on topic. Artist encourages others with comments and is involved with things like the message board, contests, and art trades.

One does not need to apply for this award. Bru will be looking out for members deserving the award herself. One does not need to meet ALL of the above qualifications. Bru will not accept bribes. XD
